1. What is Microblading?

Microblading is a relatively new, manual method that allows to recreate, correct and improve the appearance of the natural brow. It is a form of permanent makeup that provides a means to partially or fully camouflage missing eyebrow hair with the appearance of simulated hair using fine deposits of cosmetic tattoo pigments. This procedure is ideal for both people who have brow hair and those who don’t. The results are natural looking and long lasting.

2. How long will it last?

The tattoo, the same as all other tattoos, will fade depending on the environment and skincare products used. In order to keep the color crisp, a touch-up service is required  every 1- 2 years depending on the individual's skin and how well it holds the pigment.

3. Will it hurt?

Yes, but only the first pass, after that I will apply numbing and you won't feel a thing. The reason the first cut isn't numb is because the skin becomes moist and doesn't absorb the pigment as well.  This gives you a much better result.

4. When will I see my final result?

There is a healing process with Microblading. It's not an instant gratification like eyelash extensions, you must be patient and follow after care instructions religiously the first 7 days. There are precautions to take for 30 days while it continues to heal. 30-45 days you will come back for your touch up appointment. Once that heals you will have your final result. So it takes a couple of months.

1.  What is the difference between a custom spray tan and one you would get from a spray booth i.e. (mystic, versa spa?)

There are several differences. The first is, it is customized to your skin tone and type. Not one solution suits all- which is why some people turn orange from a spray tan.  Also it is a very fine mist. You will be almost instantly dry, not dripping with overspray.  This makes for a much more even fade. It is also a more even application. I do two complete passes over  your face and body to make sure no spot is missed. Lastly, you can have this service in the comfort and privacy of your home.

1.  How long does a mobile tan take?

From set up to take down, approximately 30 min.

2.  How long will my tan last?

Everyone is different, it really depends on how you take care of your tan, and how hydrated and exfoliated your skin is. If you  follow my instructions on the prep and maintain page your tan should last anywhere from 7-14  days. However, on the areas like face and hands that tend to fade faster, I offer a spray or mousse you can use in between on those areas. The biggest key is to moisturize!

3.  Will I smell?

I have one solution that is completely fragrance free, however, when the DHA reacts with the melanin in your skin some people will notice a slight odor as it develops, and that goes with any spray tan solution. Also our individual hormones and chemistry can affect this. I do have a solution for it, so if this is a problem for you let me know!

4.  Will it stain my clothes?

The cosmetic bronzer which is the color you see right away, will get on your clothes and sheets, but does not stain and will wash right out.

5.  What is a rapid tan?

A rapid tan develops in 2-4 hours and is great for a same day tan or someone who doesn't like to sleep in the solution. Keep in mind the rapid tan continues to develop after you have rinsed the solution off and the true color will show the next day.

6.  Is your solution organic?

Be careful with claims that the solution is organic. DHA is not organic therefore, no solution is 100% organic. I do offer a vegan solution, and Vani-T is 95% naturally derived, with tons of anti ageing benefits!
